What you will do

• Prospect, qualify, and grow sales activities from lead generation to close within an assigned territory.
• Develop solution-based proposals and marketing presentations using print and digital product portfolios.
• Analyze competitor rates and strategies to maintain a competitive edge for advertisers.
• Manage a consistent sales pipeline and revenue projections through CRM.
• Collaborate with ad operations and client services to deliver compelling media solutions.
• Own the entire sales and retention cycle, providing data-driven summary reports on campaign performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue and closing deals.
• Solid experience with SEO/SEM advertising sales and account management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for occasional work travel and client meetings.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and handle multiple priorities.
