Location: Remote (United States - East Coast preferred)

Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead annual compensation band reviews and benchmarking using Radford and Pave data.
  • Manage end-to-end compensation planning cycles, including bonus and merit reviews via Pave or Workday.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting and PBPs to provide competitive and consistent offer recommendations.
  • Establish compliant and competitive compensation structures to support global expansion.
  • Migrate compensation data from spreadsheets to Workday to improve data integrity and accessibility.

Requirements

  • Experience in compensation or total rewards, preferably within a high-growth tech startup.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build complex models in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with compensation survey data, specifically Radford or Pave.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with global compensation and working with EORs like Remote or Deel.
  • Proficiency with Pave and Workday.
