What you will do

• Provide guidance and product information to members on pension consolidation and retirement options.
• Build rapport and trust with members to support informed decision-making and positive retirement outcomes.
• Contribute to revenue targets through member engagement in Smart Retire and facilitating provider transfers.
• Manage case handling to achieve specific member retirement goals.
• Triage members to broader Smart Retire guidance services for complex needs.
• Maintain high service standards to achieve 5* Trust Pilot reviews and high NPS scores.

Requirements

• Experience as a Paraplanner or in pension administration and contact center operations.
• Strong understanding of Defined Contribution (DC) pension arrangements.
• Knowledge of UK pension legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Working knowledge of pension allowances and taxation at retirement and during withdrawal.
• Ability to explain technical retirement options in simple terms to diverse client segments.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in London.

Nice to have

• FA2 qualification or similar accreditation.
• Willingness to study for CII retirement-related qualifications.
• Experience handling higher-value pension pots and sophisticated client needs.
