What you will do

  • Support the development and implementation of new PRT propositions and operating models.
  • Conduct operational due diligence on new business transactions to assess non-financial risks.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly scheme reporting requirements.
  • Reconcile pension data and payrolls to ensure accurate and timely policyholder payments.
  • Liaise with outsourced pension administration partners to maintain high service delivery standards.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement and innovation within operational processes.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work in Reading, UK
  • Strong Maths and English A-levels; STEM degree is preferable.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Professional approach with a high degree of honesty, integrity, and discretion.

Nice to have

  • Experience in reconciliation or data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services, Insurance, or Pensions.
  • A genuine interest in delivering a strong customer journey.
