What you will do
- Support the development and implementation of new PRT propositions and operating models.
- Conduct operational due diligence on new business transactions to assess non-financial risks.
- Manage monthly and quarterly scheme reporting requirements.
- Reconcile pension data and payrolls to ensure accurate and timely policyholder payments.
- Liaise with outsourced pension administration partners to maintain high service delivery standards.
- Identify and support continuous improvement and innovation within operational processes.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work in Reading, UK
- Strong Maths and English A-levels; STEM degree is preferable.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Professional approach with a high degree of honesty, integrity, and discretion.
Nice to have
- Experience in reconciliation or data analysis.
- Knowledge of Financial Services, Insurance, or Pensions.
- A genuine interest in delivering a strong customer journey.
