What you will do

• Lead and develop the paraplanning team, managing performance and career progression.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of paraplanning cases to ensure high compliance standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert for product and process knowledge, resolving complex queries.
• Compile research and suitability reports for technical investment and pension cases.
• Engage with stakeholders and advising partners to deliver excellent service outcomes.
• Facilitate onboarding and capability development for new and existing team members.

Requirements

• CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 or above) is essential.
• Previous experience in Paraplanning or Financial Advice is essential.
• Detailed knowledge of UK financial services, including Risk and Compliance.
• Strong expertise in Pension and Investment products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to work to multiple competing deadlines in a changing environment.
