What you will do

• Process daily payroll reconciliations and resolve exceptions to maintain accurate customer payments.
• Support operational payment processes and ensure strong internal controls.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of payroll legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and guide colleagues on retirement products and end-to-end payment processes.
• Perform user testing and monitor system changes to protect payment accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements using Agile ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience in a payroll environment, ideally with high-volume pension payrolls (10,000+).
• Proven experience with B2C and B2B reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems and software.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial and technical payroll data.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort with data-driven tasks.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Cardiff, UK.
