What you will do
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to global end-users.
- Manage EU IT asset inventory, including procurement, provisioning, and logistics.
- Maintain and troubleshoot office infrastructure, including ZoomRooms, printers, and internet connectivity.
- Prioritize support requests while adhering to established service level agreements.
- Document technical procedures and solutions to improve the internal knowledge base.
- Participate in IT projects and assist in the deployment and maintenance of network devices and workstations.
Requirements
- Solid experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira.
- Strong understanding of networking, hardware, and software systems.
- Proactive approach with a talent for systematic troubleshooting and collaboration.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with minimum 3 days per week in the Barcelona office.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Atlassian, and MS O365.
- Experience with MDM solutions, specifically Intune.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL processes and IT security principles.
