TL;DR

Associate Manager, Accounting (Consolidation & Reporting) (Finance): Overseeing brand-level financial reporting and the end-to-end consolidation process within a complex, multi-entity environment with an accent on intercompany accounting, financial data integrity, and scalability. Focus on automating the close process, delivering deep fluctuation analysis, and optimizing ERP data flows.

Location: Hybrid (New York City); must commute to the office 3 times a week

What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end consolidation and close processes across global entities, including foreign currency translation.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual fluctuation analysis for P&L and balance sheets to derive business insights.
  • Optimize ERP structures and consolidation system integrity using OneStream and NetSuite.
  • Oversee intercompany accounting processes, including eliminations and reconciliations.
  • Manage and develop a direct report while building standardized reporting documentation.
  • Partner with FP&A, Tax, and Enterprise Systems to improve upstream reporting inputs and data quality.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in consolidation, close processes, and financial reporting in multi-entity environments.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and consolidation tools such as OneStream and FloQast.
  • Proven ability to perform fluctuation analysis and translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of intercompany accounting and foreign currency considerations.
  • Must be based in New York City and able to commute to the office 3 days a week.
