What you will do

• Manage the monthly accounting for the parent Holdco entity, including bank reconciliations and P&L review.
• Own and improve corporate expense allocation methodologies and monthly true-ups.
• Oversee cash activity in a cash sweep/ZBA environment across numerous subsidiaries.
• Manage consolidated deferred seller note and earnout schedules, including monthly interest entries.
• Assist with monthly consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and cash flow modeling.
• Identify and implement best practices to streamline accounting for rapid organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting requirements.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision under pressure.
• Must be able to support American firms and navigate US-based accounting functions.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multi-entity environment and the consolidation process.
• Prior experience with full cycle GL close.
• Background in acquisitions and opening balance sheet accounting.
• Experience with payroll cost analysis and reporting.
