Location: Remote (Must reside in one of the following US states: AZ, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NC, NJ, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA)
Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year

What you will do
- Track and analyze direct mail costs including printing, postage, paper, fulfillment, and vendor services.
- Maintain accurate job costing and margin reporting by campaign and client.
- Support month-end close activities, including the preparation of inventory, WIP, accrual, and COGS entries.
- Prepare and post cost-related journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
- Analyze cost variances to support pricing, margin, and profitability analysis.
- Collaborate with operations and client services teams to improve cost visibility and data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, including exposure to cost or operational accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or job-costing systems (specifically Sage Intacct).
- Must be based in one of the approved US states listed in the location section.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain financial information to non-Finance team members.
