What you will do

• Lead the Talent Development team, overseeing HR and Recruitment functions.
• Define and implement short and long term talent management and people development strategies.
• Manage the entire employee life cycle and enhance the internal feedback and development culture.
• Collaborate with the Head of VFX and other executives to align talent processes with company vision.
• Ensure full compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal company policies.

Requirements

• Experience working within creative environments with high performance expectations.
• Proven track record of leading teams and up-skilling other leaders.
• Experience coaching senior managers in alignment with broader business strategies.
• Must be based in or able to work from London or Stockholm (Hybrid)
