Location: Hybrid: Must be based in the UK (onsite 2 days a week in Chiswick Park, West London)

What you will do

• Act as the primary local point of contact for People-related matters, partnering with leaders and Centres of Excellence.
• Coach and guide managers on People topics to improve the team member experience throughout the full employee lifecycle.
• Drive core People processes including performance and development reviews, talent review, and succession planning.
• Analyze people data and metrics to identify priorities and inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Team Member Relations to deliver local initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of business experience, ideally within Human Resources or Organizational Effectiveness.
• Proven generalist HR experience as an HR Advisor or Partner, with the ability to influence leaders up to Director level.
• Strong coaching, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and use data to inform strategic decisions.
