What you will do

• Lead employee transition and onboarding activities for newly acquired businesses, including communications, consultations, and payroll coordination.
• Partner with the Head of Integrations to develop people strategies, organizational planning, and team capability assessments.
• Manage workforce planning and organizational design to identify capability gaps and internal mobility opportunities.
• Implement performance and people frameworks and embed the company's operating principles across integrated teams.
• Create scalable post-acquisition people integration playbooks, templates, and operational frameworks.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of HRBP or People Partner experience, preferably in fast-growing or operationally driven businesses.
• Proven experience supporting post-acquisition people integrations and change management.
• Strong practical knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with diverse employee populations.
• Willingness to travel across the UK to support acquired offices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
