What you will do

• Provide strategic HR leadership and expert guidance to Oxford Research client groups to support site objectives.
• Leverage people analytics to generate insights into organizational health, talent trends, and capability needs.
• Implement value-added HR strategies and solutions that support scientific priorities and long-term sustainability.
• Advise senior research leaders on organizational design, culture, and change leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead strategic workforce planning and succession planning to ensure alignment between talent strategy and research capabilities.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions in Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Deep expertise in strategic workforce planning within complex, research-driven organizations.
• Extensive experience in talent management and career development for highly specialized senior populations.
• Strong track record leading culture, change management, and organizational effectiveness in matrixed environments.
• Must be based in or able to work in Oxford, United Kingdom.
