What you will do
- Manage and optimize the sales funnel, identifying friction points and implementing improved workflows.
- Design and model complex commission plans, including tiers, accelerators, and financial impact simulations.
- Audit the tech stack, optimize Salesforce usage, and improve pipeline forecast accuracy.
- Develop Salesforce dashboards and ad hoc reports to track KPIs and support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate between local teams and the group, providing coaching to sales managers on tool usage.
- Analyze productivity monitoring insights and account segmentation to enhance operational performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a SalesOps expert within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce, specifically in reporting and opportunity validation.
- Strong knowledge of variable compensation models (quota-based, accelerators, etc.).
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Experience with post-merger integration and working in multicultural, multi-country environments.
