What you will do

  • Engage potential and existing clients to identify hiring needs and secure new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate service agreements and maintain collaboration throughout the recruitment process.
  • Identify and headhunt mid-to-senior and executive level candidates via cold calling and networking.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality active and passive talent.
  • Manage the recruitment cycle including interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Provide post-placement support to ensure long-term success of placed candidates.

Requirements

  • University degree (2.2 or above) or approximately two years of experience in a sales environment.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the London office.
  • Proven strong work ethic demonstrated through academic studies, internships, or early career roles.
  • Confident and adaptable verbal communication skills for client and candidate interaction.
  • Professional phone etiquette and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
