What you will do
- Develop and execute actionable sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead and coach a results-driven automation sales team of 10-25 employees to ensure competitive positioning in the P&P market.
- Build and maintain strategic high-level customer relationships to align solutions with client targets.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and monitor revenues and costs to optimize overall performance.
- Lead final negotiations for major sales cases and contribute to pricing and distribution strategies.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in sales.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
- Experience managing mid-sized teams (typically 10-25 employees).
- Ability to translate business strategy into operational sales activities.
- Strong negotiation skills for high-impact strategic sales cases.
