Location: Must be based in Ternopil, Ukraine (On-site)

What you will do

  • Identify recurring technical issues and translate them into structured problem records.
  • Analyze trends across incidents, failures, and technical findings to define root causes and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support and R&D teams to track systemic issues from detection to resolution.
  • Maintain visibility of recurring defects, known issues, and the status of workarounds.
  • Prioritize problems based on operational risk, frequency, and impact.
  • Contribute to support reporting, problem reviews, and the continuous improvement of internal processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support, incident analysis, problem management, or system troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify patterns across multiple technical cases.
  • Structured approach to organizing technical information and follow-up actions.
  • English: B1+ level required.
  • Ukrainian: Fluent required.
  • Location: Must be located in Ternopil.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira or similar ticketing and tracking systems.
  • Experience working directly with engineering, validation, or product teams.
  • Interest in drones, robotics, aviation, electronics, or embedded systems.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, or support analytics.
