What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end remote onboarding journey for TRIOS users from delivery to proficiency.
- Provide hands-on scanning training and follow-up guidance to ensure high product usage.
- Maintain prompt communication via email, chat, and phone to resolve customer inquiries.
- Verify product installations and ensure a seamless technical start.
- Collaborate with local academies and internal departments to escalate user feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer data and track progress within the CRM.
Requirements
- Fluent in French
- English proficiency level B2 or higher
- Strong communication skills and ability to guide users through digital tools.
- Fast learner with the ability to master new software quickly.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a logical approach to identifying user bottlenecks.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
