What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Enterprise sales within the Indonesian market.
• Create and qualify high-value opportunities for digital collections, courseware, and AI-enabled institutional content solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, university leaders, and procurement stakeholders.
• Lead the full sales cycle from customer discovery and solution positioning to proposal development and deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to launch new business.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities and partnership models.

Requirements

• Must be based in Indonesia.
• Proven track record in B2B or Enterprise business development, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or digital content.
• Expertise in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing complex deals.
• Strong ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of the higher education or institutional landscape in Indonesia.
