What you will do
- Develop and execute enablement plans for partner sales, presales, and delivery functions, including oning, training, and certification support.
- Monitor partner health, certifications, delivery quality, and engagement; conduct business reviews and address risks.
- Collaborate with sales, presales, delivery, and partner teams to align capabilities with market opportunities and improve implementation outcomes.
- Maintain partner metrics, reporting, and governance; contribute to program improvements and regional expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Partner Success, Channel Enablement, Partner Operations, Customer Success, or related roles in enterprise software/SaaS.
- Experience with partner ecosystems, system integrators, or channel organizations.
- Strong understanding of enablement methodologies, partner performance monitoring, and delivery metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, organizational skills, and cross-functional collaboration in international environments.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across Northern Europe.
Nice to have
- Experience in EPM, Analytics, Planning, or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with partner programs and certification frameworks.
- Experience supporting implementation partners or consulting firms.
- Additional European language skills.
