What you will do

  • Build and leverage a robust network within partners to drive consistent, high-quality lead flow.
  • Lead regional GTM strategies as the subject matter expert for international expansion and global hiring support.
  • Nurture relationships with partner leadership and influencers to secure executive buy-in and high-value referrals.
  • Deliver training to partner sales teams to articulate the hirify.global value proposition and identify client pain points.
  • Bridge partner-referred leads to internal sales teams and facilitate reciprocal opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of success in sales or business development within a partner-led or channel environment.
  • Proven expertise in HR Tech, HCM, or Global Payroll industries.
  • Direct experience with GTM strategies involving HR tech or service offerings.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution through others.
  • Must be based in Singapore

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience in partner marketing, including event planning, organization, and lead development.
