• Collaborate with senior leaders to solve complex organizational and talent-related problems.
• Contribute to the growth and expansion of the organizational strategy and reward capability in Norway.

Requirements

• Experience in reward, organizational strategy, or HR transformation.
• Proven track record in a client-focused consulting role solving complex problems.
• Background in management consulting or similar professional services.
• Must be based in or have the legal right to work in Norway
