What you will do

  • Support the delivery of consulting projects across various client engagements in Singapore and internationally.
  • Develop content, pitches, and proposals for growth and innovation opportunities.
  • Create and improve internal assets, methodologies, and tools for the Growth and Innovation practice.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns and external positioning across professional social networks.
  • Build and maintain external professional peer networks.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through blogs and methodology development.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of management consulting or strategy experience from a top-tier firm or internal strategy team.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operating models, organizational design, change management, or technology programme delivery.
  • Industry experience in Retail, Luxury, or E-Commerce.
  • Bachelor’s degree (2:1) or international equivalent in a relevant subject.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
