CSA Package Owner / Lead (Pharma Construction)

Location: Onsite in Geel, Belgium

What you will do

• Direct civil, structural, and architectural design activities from concept through to commissioning.
• Lead multidisciplinary CSA teams, including architects, structural engineers, and civil engineers.
• Interface with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.
• Ensure all deliverables meet pharmaceutical industry standards (GMP, FDA, EMA requirements).
• Manage CSA budget allocation and implement cost control measures.
• Deliver CSA milestones in alignment with the overall project timeline.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior CSA roles on major construction projects.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or biotech facility construction.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and planning requirements.
• Fluent English is essential; proficiency in Dutch or French is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Chartered Engineer status.
• Experience with cleanroom and controlled environment design.
• Knowledge of EU GMP guidelines and pharmaceutical validation processes.
• Experience with Design & Build or EPCM project delivery models.
