What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for LMAX Global and Digital clients across various trading platforms.
- Handle client enquiries and complaints efficiently via phone, email, and live chat.
- Perform back-office administrative tasks, including generating reports and managing account statements.
- Execute client trades over the telephone and provide in-depth analysis of trade executions.
- Manage the full client account lifecycle, from opening accounts and document collection to payment verification.
- Collaborate with Sales teams and support Introducing Brokers and their clients.
Requirements
- Business fluency in written and verbal English.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work antisocial hours to meet global client requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain productive in stressful situations.
