TL;DR
Account Manager - Mid-Market (Upper) (HRtech): Managing and expanding a regional portfolio of mid-market customers to drive adoption and revenue growth with an accent on commercial strategy and value-based selling. Focus on identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Customer Success teams, and utilizing AI-driven tools for scaled engagement.
Location: Must be located in the London Area and be willing to work in the London office 2 days a week

What you will do
- Manage an assigned portfolio of Mid-Market customers as a trusted commercial partner to uncover expansion opportunities.
- Identify and manage upsell opportunities by recommending additional modules and demonstrating clear ROI.
- Develop and execute territory plans to drive consistent portfolio growth and customer value.
- Utilize AI-driven tools like Gong Engage and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prioritize outreach and automate engagement.
- Partner with CSMs and Renewal Managers to support value positioning and risk mitigation during renewal cycles.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to advocate for SMB customer feedback and product enhancements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS New Business, account management, or customer growth, ideally in the Mid-Market segment.
- Proven track record of achieving upsell or New Business targets in a structured, autonomous way.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools such as Gong Engage and Sales Navigator.
- Experience with value-based or consultative selling methodologies (MEDDPICC is beneficial).
- Must be based in the London Area.
- Strong organizational discipline, pipeline management skills, and stakeholder management experience.
