Salary: $110,000-$125,000

What you will do
- Partner with HR leaders and executive stakeholders to identify operational challenges and define improvement priorities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead current- and future-state process design using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies.
- Develop and transition improvement plans to Project Managers for execution, ensuring alignment with intended future-state processes and measurable outcomes.
- Redesign workflows, establish KPIs, and document standardized processes and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with HRIS, technology, and change management teams to support implementation, adoption, executive reporting, and ongoing sustainability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or consulting, with proven success leading enterprise-level process redesign initiatives.
- Lean and/or Six Sigma certified (Green Belt minimum) with strong knowledge of continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and project governance methodologies.
- Proven ability to independently diagnose operational challenges, develop scalable solutions, and drive sustainable implementation in complex environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience in healthcare, HR operations, and/or regulated environments, including exposure to HRIS platforms such as Workday preferred.
