Airline Account Manager (Travel Technology)

Location: Hybrid in Taipei, Taiwan, with Shanghai listed as another location; occasional travel of up to 25% in Greater China and for internal meetings or training.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with airline customers in Taiwan and Mongolia, including full-service and low-cost carriers.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact, aligning airline business needs with hirify.global solutions.
• Identify business opportunities and support proposals, negotiations, contracts, account planning, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with customer success, product management, R&D, delivery, legal, and finance teams.
• Represent the customer voice, ensure service quality, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and use performance information to support business decisions.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in airline, travel technology, or commercial relationship management roles.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
• Understanding of airline commercial, digital, or operational processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, business insight, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams.
• Ability to travel occasionally, up to 25%, including within Greater China and for internal meetings or training.
