• Apply understanding of Workday HCM configuration, business processes, and downstream module impacts to shape solution approaches.
• Serve as a functional advisor, guiding internal teams on how configuration choices, business rules, and data structures in Workday HCM influence integration design.
• Translate Workday functional knowledge into practical solution guidance that enables scalable, compatible integrations—including technical architecture.
• Enable hirify.global IP.
• Partner & Ecosystem Alignment.
