Location: Hybrid (Macquarie Park, NSW) — 3 days in office, 2 days remote

What you will do

  • Manage 10–15 enterprise accounts with annual revenue between $6M and $10M.
  • Drive new business wins across mobile, voice, data, and ICT services to meet revenue and customer experience targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic Territory, Account, and Opportunity Plans.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with C-suite executives including CIO, CFO, and CEO.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate CRM reporting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing customer success.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in corporate B2B sales using a consultative approach.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively at the executive level.
  • Experience developing account plans, opportunity plans, and internal business cases.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
  • Background in telecommunications or IT is highly desirable.
