🚀 We’re Hiring: Independent Consultant (IC) Recruiter

PEM Strategy is growing its global network of independent consultants and project-based experts — and we’re looking for a proactive and analytical IC Recruiter to join the team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:
• research and market mapping
• building relationships with high-level professionals
• working in an international consulting environment
• combining analytics, communication, and operations
• using AI and modern sourcing tools

You do NOT need to come from a traditional recruitment background. Previous experience in recruitment, consulting, research, operations, or analytical roles is a plus — but we are ready to teach the right person.

What you’ll do:
• Build and manage a global consultant network
• Source consultants and experts across industries and geographies
• Support staffing for consulting projects
• Coordinate outreach, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Improve recruitment workflows and talent systems
• Work closely with leadership and project teams
