TL;DR
Senior Talent Sourcer (SaaS): Lead sourcing projects for sales roles across global markets with an accent on creative strategies, pipeline analysis, and optimization. Location: Remote role for candidates based in Ukraine. Resilient office in Kyiv & co-working expense coverage.

What you will do
- Employ creative strategies to identify and engage sales candidates via LinkedIn, social media, user groups, blogs, and other platforms
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and company fit
- Track and analyze sales hiring pipeline metrics, providing insights to stakeholders
- Build and engage passive and active talent pipelines for sales positions
- Monitor and maintain candidate database with complete profiles
- Seek input from sales team in a collaborative environment
Requirements
- 3+ years proven experience in talent sourcing in scale-up environment
- Experience sourcing profiles globally
- Fluency in English (B2+) with excellent cross-cultural communication
- Proficiency in sourcing tools: email extractors, browser extensions, people aggregators
- Expertise in ATS/CRM, market research, sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, analytics, AI tools
- Flexibility with shifting priorities and new tools
- Track record sourcing Sales & Marketing outside LinkedIn
Nice to have
- Experience sourcing in international markets (APAC, EMEA, LATAM)
- Experience with GTM roles
