What you will do
- Own the end-to-end payments product strategy and multi-year roadmap across platform and UX layers.
- Lead development of core payment infrastructure, including merchant onboarding, billing, invoicing, routing, and settlement.
- Design and evolve scalable platform architecture for secure and efficient money movement.
- Drive adoption of payment workflows to improve conversion and increase payment volume.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Finance, and GTM teams to deliver business impact.
- Ensure robust fraud prevention, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years specifically leading payments or fintech products.
- Deep expertise in payment processing, settlement, compliance, and financial infrastructure.
- Proven ability to define product vision and translate it into executable long-term roadmaps.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments serving SMB to enterprise customers.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
