What you will do

• Conceptualize and deliver projects in multimodal planning, regional planning, TDM, and sustainable mobility.
• Identify transit needs and prioritize investments for highway systems and BRT routes.
• Serve as an in-house expert in behavior change analysis, including market segmentation and stated preference surveys.
• Manage project budgets and quality expectations for individual and team deliverables.
• Support business development via client engagement and proposal development (EOIs, RFQs, RFPs).
• Mentor and support early-career professionals.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in the transportation or planning sector (consultancy or public sector).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
• Existing right to work in the United States or Canada.
• Proficiency with complex transportation models and tools such as GIS, EMME, TransCAD, R, or Python.
• Experience with visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, Illustrator, or InDesign.
• Proven track record of leading transportation planning and policy projects for public sector clients.
