What you will do
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of talent and capability transformation initiatives.
- Support stakeholders in identifying workforce gaps, future capability needs, role requirements, and skills frameworks.
- Contribute to operating model changes, role design, learning pathways, and hiring programs.
- Help prepare documentation, handover materials, and support structures for new roles and workforce programs.
- Participate in change management activities such as stakeholder communications, enablement materials, and training sessions.
- Maintain records, track risks and issues, and support audit readiness and compliance with internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking & Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in transformation, workforce planning, capability development, talent programs, or related project coordination.
- Good project coordination skills, including scope, timeline, governance, risks, issues, and stakeholder reporting.
- Exposure to workforce planning, skills/capability frameworks, role mapping, or learning pathway development.
- Familiarity with change management activities such as rollout planning, communications, and adoption tracking.
- Fluent English.
