What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale HR programs and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans covering scope, milestones, resources, and risks.
• Establish and run effective governance structures, including steering committees and decision forums.
• Coordinate complex organizational and operating model changes across HR and cross-functional partners.
• Drive stakeholder alignment through structured workshops and progress reviews.
• Design and execute change, communication, and enablement plans to support project adoption.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Management.
• 7+ years of experience in project or program management within the HR domain.
• Experience working in global or multi-country environments.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Fluent in English required; Hungarian language skills are a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
