What you will do

  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from pipeline generation and qualification to forecasting and closing.
  • Develop and manage strategic direct customer relationships to ensure alignment with client business needs.
  • Manage and report the sales pipeline with high accuracy in forecasting and deal progression.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to deliver compelling customer propositions.
  • Work closely with key local partners, VARs, and SIs to maximize market coverage.
  • Contribute to the SEA growth strategy and provide regular business updates to regional leadership.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of sales experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or enterprise software.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
  • Experience selling to regulated industries and knowledge of local compliance frameworks.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and managing complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Solid understanding of forecasting accuracy and opportunity planning.

Nice to have

  • Vendor-side experience specifically with DLP, DSPM, or CASB technologies.
  • Experience working directly with Government, Education, or Healthcare customers.
  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape (e.g., Zscaler, Palo Alto, Netskope).
