• Coach, mentor, and evaluate personnel to ensure consistent quota achievement.
• Communicate corporate strategy and keep senior leadership informed of market changes.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Regional Sales Director exceeding quotas in Singapore, Malaysia, and Philippines markets.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and the competitive landscape.
• Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales.
• Ability to work remotely in Singapore and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI technologies to enhance business outcomes and workflows.
