What you will do

• Provide data products, campaign facts, and growth insights to help customers maximize business goals.
• Develop and maintain global experiment processes to scale standard and bespoke experiments.
• Perform complex data analysis, including writing queries and scripts to create automated reports and dashboards.
• Validate data from ad exchanges and mobile-app tracking solutions to ensure model accuracy.
• Optimize campaign life cycles and partner with sales teams for bespoke client analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive decisions focused on client growth.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in launching, running, optimizing, and landing experiments from end to end.
• 5+ years of experience working with statistical packages, specifically Python and SQL.
• Fluent in speaking and writing both Chinese-Mandarin and English.
• Strong knowledge of experimental design, hypothesis testing, and analyses such as regression or time-series.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural partners.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and independently scope projects to support client growth.
• Demonstrated leadership and self-direction.
