What you will do

• Develop ML solutions for recommendations, personalization, risk, and fraud detection to improve user and merchant experiences.
• Act as a subject matter expert in specific ML domains while addressing product and user challenges.
• Drive business and product metrics through the application of appropriate tools and technologies.
• Foster a fast-paced experimentation culture to quickly test and refine ML solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and achieve optimal project outcomes.
• Explore and integrate the latest industry technologies to enhance platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial ML experience with expertise in modeling and statistical modeling.
• Proven track record of solving challenging ML problems at scale.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning libraries such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience with MLOps, including data collection, aggregation, productionization, and monitoring.
• Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor) to improve development workflows.
