What you will do

• Partner with product managers to design analytics pipelines and translate complex product questions into scalable data models.
• Collaborate with global data engineers to optimize AI-ready data pipelines and build tools for agentic AI, including embedding and semantic retrieval.
• Leverage AI and advanced analytics to accelerate decision-making and deliver intuitive self-service dashboards.
• Integrate quantitative data with market research to inform product roadmaps in partnership with Consumer Insights.
• Drive a data-centric culture by promoting AI-enabled analytics workflows across China and global teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Shanghai, China to support a hybrid work model.
• 5+ years of experience in big data platforms, product analytics, or analytics engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI platforms.
• Experience contributing to data engineering pipelines using PySpark and AWS cloud ecosystems.
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, experimental design, and advanced product analytics (cohorts, segmentation, forecasting).
• Excellent English communication skills for synthesizing complex findings into actionable recommendations.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
