What you will do

• Develop data products, including data cleaning, processing, and analysis.
• Build models through algorithm design, model optimization, and feature engineering.
• Communicate business requirements with project leaders, suppliers, and customers.
• Identify potential data issues and propose strategic suggestions for improvement.
• Lead the data development process planning and data architecture design.
• Collaborate across all project delivery stages from requirement analysis to final product launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• More than 7 years of experience in model development or analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and algorithms.
• Experience applying data middle platform methodology to business operations.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
