What you will do

• Lead end-to-end AI projects in manufacturing from business pain point identification to production deployment.
• Design high-value solutions for predictive maintenance, process data analysis, and image/video recognition.
• Build and optimize data and model pipelines, including feature engineering, evaluation, and deployment monitoring.
• Implement large-scale multi-agent AI/LLM systems for process automation, knowledge Q&A, and decision support.
• Establish AI governance and create replicable best practices in collaboration with global AI teams.
• Quantify and report project ROI using KPIs such as capacity increase and yield improvement.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of relevant AI/ML experience.
• At least 2 end-to-end industrial or manufacturing project deployments from business requirements to production.
• Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks, containerization, CI/CD, and version control.
• Experience with MLOps, model registry, feature stores, drift monitoring, and SLA governance.
• Specialized expertise in computer vision, time-series analysis, LLMs, or industrial protocols.
• Strong English communication skills for technical documentation and management reporting.
