What you will do

• Design and develop facilitator-led and digital learning content for advanced property claims training.
• Create interactive eLearning solutions using Articulate 360 tools such as Storyline and Rise.
• Develop instructor-led training materials and presentations using PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify performance gaps and determine root causes.
• Apply adult learning principles to simplify complex technical topics into digestible learning experiences.
• Manage multiple concurrent assignments using project management software to track progress.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with instructional design strategies and curriculum development.
• 2+ years of experience collaborating with SMEs.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360.
• Experience using Adobe products, including Premiere, Audition, and Photoshop.
• Strong PowerPoint and project management software skills.
• Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis; No C2C eligibility.

Nice to have

• Experience in claims or property construction.
• Experience building claims training content.
