OCM Program Manager - Business Modernization Program (SAP)

Salary: $125,000–$170,000 annually

What you will do

• Define, govern, and execute the enterprise OCM strategy for a multi-year, phased SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Lead and develop a team of change analysts, communications leads, training leads, and change champions.
• Engage executive sponsors, senior leaders, managers, business champions, IT, and program stakeholders to build accountability and adoption.
• Develop SAP communications, stakeholder engagement plans, training strategies, and role-based learning paths.
• Track organizational readiness, adoption metrics, change KPIs, risks, and corrective actions across deployment waves.
• Integrate OCM deliverables into the SAP program plan and support go-live, hyper-care, and sustainment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, organizational development, information systems, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of organizational change management experience, preferably with large ERP or SAP implementations.
• Direct experience leading OCM for an ERP rollout; S/4HANA experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter.
• Ability to influence leaders and stakeholders at all levels in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to work onsite in Buffalo, NY, and access U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Prosci or equivalent change management certification.
• Experience with multi-site, global, or phased SAP deployments.
• Background in manufacturing, aerospace, supply chain, finance, or regulated environments.
