PMO Governance & Standards (AI Automation)

What you will do

• Create, implement, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise PMO standards, governance frameworks, policies, methodologies, and templates.
• Develop project delivery collateral covering risk registers, testing plans, training plans, change management, implementation practices, and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Build PMO training and onboarding programs and advise project managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders on governance and delivery standards.
• Establish feedback loops that convert lessons learned into scalable documentation, tools, templates, and process improvements.
• Partner with Operations and AI Automation teams on workflow automation, dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional alignment, adoption, and organizational change across PMO, Delivery, Operations, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 10+ years of experience in PMO leadership, project governance, methodology development, program management, implementation leadership, or operational excellence.
• Experience implementing enterprise project management standards, governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, training programs, onboarding processes, and client-facing materials.
• Knowledge of project governance, risk management, change management, testing methodologies, quality management, implementation practices, reporting frameworks, and executive or client-facing dashboards.

Nice to have

• 15+ years of project management, PMO leadership, consulting, implementation, or professional services experience.
• Experience in healthcare technology, professional services, software delivery, or large-scale implementations.
• Experience with PMO transformation, organizational maturity, project portfolio management, reporting, dashboard, or business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled process improvement, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Client-side experience supporting successful EHR and software implementation outcomes.
