Senior Program Manager – Sanford Advanced Manufacturing

Location: Sanford, North Carolina; onsite five days per week. High travel may be required, typically 50–75%, and work locations may temporarily flex during the transition to the new facility. US domestic relocation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $172,630–$258,950 per year.

hirify.global is developing a technology-enabled advanced manufacturing campus for compact track loaders and telehandlers, incorporating automation, robotics, digital production systems, and integrated logistics.

What you will do

• Lead the integrated program strategy for facility development, construction, operational readiness, and startup.
• Align seven workstreams covering facilities, manufacturing process design, procurement, IT and OT systems, people transformation, commissioning, and new source introduction.
• Establish program governance, decision rights, operating rhythms, controls, escalation paths, and executive forums.
• Manage the integrated master schedule, dependencies, resources, risks, budget performance, and program health.
• Drive commissioning, production ramp-up, workforce preparedness, supplier readiness, and operational handoff.
• Lead cross-functional change management and communication with executives, employees, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience leading large-scale, complex programs involving interconnected projects, functions, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of program governance, integrated planning, scheduling, risk management, change management, controls, and execution.
• Experience managing significant budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and financial performance.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, resolve competing priorities, and lead cross-functional teams without relying solely on direct authority.
• Strong decision-making, critical-thinking, executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or certification such as PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile is preferred.
