What you will do
- Lead strategic client relationships for assigned accounts generating $2M - $4M in annual revenue.
- Serve as the primary client lead accountable for satisfaction, organic growth, and overall financial health.
- Collaborate with Scientific, Creative, and Project Management teams to align strategy and execution across workstreams.
- Oversee the development of medical communications tactics, including publications, advisory boards, and omnichannel programs.
- Manage account financials, including forecasting, margin management, and SOW development.
- Coach and develop Manager- and Coordinator-level staff through feedback and career guidance.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in medical communications, medical education, or pharma marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Must be based in Canada, the US, or the UK.
- Strong understanding of the life sciences industry, therapeutic landscapes, and drug development processes.
- Advanced financial acumen in forecasting, SOW development, and profitability management.
- Exceptional executive-level presentation and communication skills.
