What you will do

• Translate global AI and technology transformation strategy into tangible operational reality for the UK Google operation.
• Own and execute the master transition plan across the pillars of People, Process, and Platform.
• Operationalize pitch methodologies into documented, repeatable processes to eliminate reliance on institutional knowledge.
• Partner with leadership to redesign team structures, define new role profiles, and close talent gaps.
• Drive adoption of new tech platform stacks and manage the clean retirement of legacy systems.
• Manage C-suite stakeholders and track transformation KPIs through rigorous governance and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading complex operational transformations within marketing, creative, or communications agencies.
• Deep experience in people-led change (org design), process re-engineering, and platform transitions.
• Experience delivering successful high-intensity activation programmes (e.g., 90-day mandates).
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills with confidence in client-facing roles at the CMO or C-suite level.
• Expertise in structured programme management, governance, and risk management frameworks.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
